Metatron's Cube
Among the most powerful symbols in sacred geometry is Metatron's Cube — a geometric figure that contains all the building blocks of creation. It is named after Archangel Metatron, the angel of life and divine protection, who is said to oversee the flow of energy in the universe.
Metatron's Cube is not just a symbol. It is a map of the universe — a blueprint of the structure of reality. It contains the five Platonic Solids, the shapes that form the foundation of all physical matter. It represents the order and harmony behind all of creation.
Here's what Metatron's Cube is, why it matters, and how to work with its energy.
1. What Is Metatron's Cube?
Metatron's Cube is a complex geometric pattern made of 13 circles connected by straight lines. It is often depicted as a two-dimensional figure, but it represents a three-dimensional structure — the framework of the universe itself.
What this means: This symbol is not just art — it's a blueprint. It reflects the underlying structure of all physical reality.
2. It Contains All Five Platonic Solids
Inside Metatron's Cube are all five Platonic Solids:
Tetrahedron — Fire (action, transformation)
Cube — Earth (stability, grounding)
Octahedron — Air (connection, communication)
Dodecahedron — Spirit (divine, universal connection)
Icosahedron — Water (emotion, flow, healing)
What this means: Metatron's Cube is the master blueprint — the geometric pattern from which all physical forms are created.
3. The Platonic Solids Are the Building Blocks of the Universe
The five Platonic Solids are considered the building blocks of all physical matter. They appear in nature, in molecular structures, in crystals, and in the formation of the cosmos.
What this means: When you connect with Metatron's Cube, you are connecting with the fundamental structure of creation itself.
4. Metatron's Cube and Sacred Architecture
Metatron's Cube has been used in sacred architecture — in temples, cathedrals, and spiritual spaces — to align the physical structure with the divine blueprint. It is believed to bring harmony, balance, and protection to the space.
