The Cabiric Mysteries — Core Teachings

There is a mystery that is older than the gods you know. Older than Olympus. Older than the myths that have names and faces and stories. It is the mystery of the Cabiri — the Great Gods — the Mighty Ones — the chthonic powers that lived in the depths of the earth long before the sky gods came. And for over a thousand years, they were worshipped in the dark, in secret, on the islands of Samothrace and Lemnos, and in the city of Thebes. They were the gods of the forge, of the earth, of fertility, of life, and of death. They were the gods who taught metallurgy and agriculture. They were the gods who saved sailors from shipwreck. And they were the gods whose mysteries were the most ancient of all — so ancient that even the Greeks did not fully understand where they came from.

The Cabiric Mysteries were not for the faint of heart. They were night-time rites. They were frightening. They were deathlike. The candidate was blindfolded and led into the dark. Fierce dogs appeared to rise from the earth, their dreadful howls filling the air. The candidate was terrified. They were purified with fire and water. They were seated on a brilliantly lighted throne. And around them, the other initiates danced in a mystic measure. And at the climax of the rite, the Cabiric Death was reenacted — the death of the youngest of the Cabiri, slain by his brothers — and the candidate experienced the passage through death to a higher life.

The Cabiric Mysteries were the origin of the mysteries. They were the seed. They were the source. And even though they are nearly forgotten today, they are still alive — in the myths, in the symbols, in the wisdom that has been passed down through the ages. And they are being remembered.

This guide is about those mysteries. Who the Cabiri were. Where they came from. What the initiates experienced. And how to walk the Cabiric path today — not as a participant in ancient night-time rites, but as a soul reconnecting with the ancient, chthonic, earth-based wisdom that has been buried for too long.

Part I: What the Cabiric Mysteries Actually Were

The Cabiric Mysteries were an ancient initiatory tradition centered on a group of deities known as the Cabiri — the Great Gods — the Mighty Ones. They were chthonic deities — gods of the earth, of the underworld, of the depths. And they were worshipped at several sites across the ancient world, most famously on the islands of Samothrace and Lemnos, and in the city of Thebes.

The Cabiric Mysteries were:

The most ancient of the great mystery traditions.

An initiatory path of death and rebirth.

A tradition centered on the chthonic gods — the Cabiri.

A path of grounding, earth magic, and the forge.

A tradition of night-time rites, ordeals, and the "Cabiric Death".

A path that promised protection in this life and the next.

A tradition that shaped the Eleusinian, Samothracian, and Orphic mysteries.

A living, breathing path of transformation for over a thousand years.

The Cabiric Mysteries were not:

A public cult.

A religion of the state.

A philosophical school.

A tradition for the elite

A path of the mind alone.

A tradition without rigor.

A dead tradition.

Something you must reconstruct from books.

What this means: The Cabiric Mysteries were the seed of all the mysteries. They were the original path of death and rebirth, of descent into the earth and ascent into the light. And they were open to all who were ready to face the dark.

Part II: Who the Cabiri Were

The Cabiri were a group of enigmatic, chthonic deities worshipped across the ancient world. They were not Olympians. They were not the gods of the sky or the sea or the sun. They were gods of the earth — of the depths, of the forge, of fertility, of life, and of death. And they were among the oldest gods of the ancient world.

The number of the Cabiri. The number of the Cabiri varied by tradition. Some accounts say there were two. Some say four. Some say a whole tribe or race of them. At Samothrace, the tradition held that there were two pairs — a pair of males and a pair of females. The most common names are Axiocersus and Cadmilus for the male pair, and Axierus and Axiocersa for the female pair. At Thebes, there were two Cabiri. At Lemnos, there were three Cabiri and three Cabiric nymphs. The number varies because the Cabiri were not a fixed pantheon. They were a presence — a power — that could manifest in different ways at different times.

The chthonic gods. The Cabiri were chthonic deities — gods of the earth and the underworld. They were not the bright, shining gods of Olympus. They were the dark, mysterious powers of the depths. They were the gods of the forge and the smithy. They were the gods of metallurgy and magic. They were the gods of the earth's hidden treasures. And they were the gods who could guide souls through the darkness of death.

The sons of Hephaestus. In the later Greek tradition, the Cabiri were said to be the sons of Hephaestus, the god of the forge, and Cabeiro, a sea nymph. This connected them to the smithy, to fire, to metalwork, and to the mysteries of transformation. The forge is not just a place of metalwork. It is a place of death and rebirth — the raw material is melted down and reshaped into something new. The Cabiri were the masters of this transformation.

The Great Gods. At Samothrace, the Cabiri were known as the Great Gods — the Mighty Ones. Their names were secret. They were not to be spoken. They were the gods who saved sailors from shipwreck. They were the gods who protected initiates in this life and the next. They were the gods who held the deepest mysteries of the ancient world.

What this means: The Cabiri are not just gods. They are a presence. They are the powers of the earth, the forge, the depths, and the transformation. They are the gods who live in the dark — and who can guide you through it.

Part III: The Myth of the Cabiri — The Cabiric Death

The central myth of the Cabiric Mysteries is the myth of the Cabiric Death — the death of the youngest of the Cabiri, slain by his brothers. And it is one of the oldest and most profound stories in the ancient world.

The murder. The youngest of the Cabiri — often called Cadmilus, or Casmilos — was slain by his three brothers. The legend says they killed him, and then fled, carrying his virile parts in a mystic basket — the sacred ark. They fled to Etruria, where the Phallus and the sacred ark were adored. The body of the murdered god was crowned with flowers and buried at the foot of Mount Olympus.

The mourning and the rejoicing. The Cabiric Death was not just a murder. It was a sacred drama. In the mysteries, the death of the youngest Cabirus was reenacted "amid the groans and tears and subsequent rejoicings of the initiates." The initiates mourned. They wept. They grieved. And then, they rejoiced. Because the death was not the end. The god was restored to life. And the initiates, who had died with him, were restored with him.

The meaning of the myth. The myth of the Cabiric Death is a map of the soul. The youngest Cabirus is the divine child — the innocent, the pure, the part of you that was wounded or lost or sacrificed. The brothers are the forces of division — the shadows, the wounds, the parts of yourself that have turned against you. The mystic basket is the vessel of life — the sacred ark that carries the seed of rebirth. And the restoration is the promise — the promise that what is lost can be found, what is dead can rise, what is broken can be made whole.

The connection to the mysteries. The Cabiric Death was the central rite of the Cabiric Mysteries. The initiate passed through the death of the god. They died with him. They descended with him. And they rose with him. The mystery was not a story. It was an experience. And the initiate who passed through it was never the same.

What this means: The Cabiric Death is not just an ancient myth. It is the pattern of every initiation. It is the pattern of your own life. You have been wounded. You have been divided. You have been scattered. And you are being restored. The myth is a mirror. And when you look into it, you see yourself.

Part IV: The Structure of the Cabiric Mysteries

The Cabiric Mysteries had their own structure. Their own stages. Their own initiations. And each stage was a death and a rebirth.

1 - The Call - The initiate felt the pull of the gods. Something in them wanted to be free.

2 - The Preparation - The purification. The fasting. The abstention. The gathering.

3 - The Night - The initiation took place at night. The darkness was the doorway.

4 - The Ordeal - The tests. The terror. The fierce dogs. The phantoms. The fire and water.

5 - The Throne - The candidate was seated on a brilliantly lighted throne. The other initiates danced around them.

6 - The Cabiric Death - The reenactment of the death of Cadmilus. The passage through death.

7 - The Rejoicing - The restoration. The return to life. The joy after the grief.

8 - The Return - The return to the world. The transformation. The new life.

The call. The Cabiric path began with a call. Something in the initiate felt drawn to the gods. Something wanted to be free. Something wanted to know. The call was the beginning.

The preparation. The initiate prepared. They purified. They fasted. They abstained. They gathered with the others. They prepared themselves for the descent into the dark.

The night. The initiation took place at night. The darkness was not accidental. It was essential. The mysteries were celebrated in the dark because the dark is the womb. The dark is the doorway. The dark is where the work is done.

The ordeal. The initiate was tested. Fierce dogs appeared to rise from the earth, their dreadful howls filling the air. The initiate was terrified. They were purified with fire and water. They were put through seven stages of initiation — a descent into a deep and dangerous vault, a confrontation with the throne of dreadful Necessity. They were terrified by phantoms and horrid noises. But they did not run. They stood. They faced the ordeal.

The throne. The candidate was seated on a brilliantly lighted throne. The other initiates danced around them in a mystic measure. The candidate was crowned with a garland of olives and wore a purple band around the loins. They were the center of the rite. They were the focus of the transformation.

The Cabiric Death. The central rite was the reenactment of the Cabiric Death. The initiate died with the youngest Cabirus. They experienced the passage through death. They were mourned. They were grieved. They were buried. And then — the rejoicing. The restoration. The return to life.

The rejoicing. The initiates rejoiced. The god had risen. The initiate had risen. The death was not the end. The light had returned. The joy after the grief was overwhelming.

The return. The initiate returned to the world. But not the same. They were reborn. They were transformed. They were new. They carried the mysteries with them. They served the whole.

What this means: The Cabiric path was not easy. It was not comfortable. It was a descent into the earth, into the dark, into the depths of your own fear. But on the other side of that darkness was the light. And the light was the Cabiri.

Part V: The Teachings of the Cabiric Mysteries

The Cabiric Mysteries did not leave us a book of teachings. What we know comes from the myths, the symbols, the inscriptions, and the writings of the ancients. But from these, we can reconstruct the core teachings. And they are profound.

The earth is alive - The Cabiri are the powers of the earth. The earth is not dead matter. It is alive, conscious, and holy.

Death is a doorway - The Cabiric Death is not an end. It is a passage. The initiate dies and is reborn.

The forge is sacred - The Cabiri are gods of the forge. Transformation is their craft. You are being forged.

The youngest is sacred - The youngest Cabirus, the one slain, is the divine child. The wound is holy. The sacrificed is the seed of rebirth.

Grief and joy are one - The mysteries moved from groans and tears to rejoicing. Grief and joy are not opposites. They are one cycle.

Protection is real - The Cabiri protected their initiates. In this life and the next. The bond is real.

The dark is the womb - The rites happened at night. The dark is not the enemy. It is the doorway.

The phallus is sacred - The mystic basket carried the virile parts of the god. The phallus is the symbol of life, of creativity, of the life force.

The initiates are a family - The Cabiri were brothers. The initiates became brothers and sisters. The path is communal.

The mysteries are ancient - The Cabiric Mysteries are the oldest of all. They are the root. They are the source.

The earth is alive. The Cabiri are the powers of the earth. The earth is not dead matter. It is alive. It is conscious. It is holy. And the Cabiric path is a path of the earth. It is a path of grounding, of connecting, of remembering that you are part of the earth, not separate from it.

Death is a doorway. The Cabiric Death is not an end. It is a passage. The initiate dies and is reborn. This is not a metaphor. It is a real experience. And it is available to you. Not in a night-time rite. In your own life. Every loss is a death. Every grief is a passage. Every rebirth is a return.

The forge is sacred. The Cabiri are gods of the forge. They are the masters of metallurgy and magic. They are the ones who melt down the raw material and reshape it into something new. You are being forged. Your life is the forge. Your pain is the fire. And the Cabiri are the smiths.

Grief and joy are one. The Cabiric Mysteries moved from groans and tears to rejoicing. Grief and joy are not opposites. They are one cycle. You cannot have one without the other. The grief is the doorway to the joy. The joy is the fruit of the grief.

What this means: The Cabiric teachings are not just ancient ideas. They are a path. A path of the earth. A path of the forge. A path of death and rebirth. And they are as relevant today as they were three thousand years ago.

Part VI: The Symbols of the Cabiri

The Cabiric tradition is rich with symbols. Every symbol carries meaning. Every symbol is a doorway.

The Hammer and Tongs - The tools of the forge. The symbols of the Cabiri. Transformation, craft, the shaping of the soul.

The Phallus - The symbol of life, of creativity, of the life force. Carried in the mystic basket.

The Mystic Basket - The sacred ark. The vessel of life. The container of the seed of rebirth.

The Serpent - The symbol of life, of rebirth, of the kundalini. The serpent on the head of Phanes.

The Egg - The Orphic egg. The symbol of creation, of potential, of rebirth.

The Olive Crown - The crown of the initiate. The symbol of victory, of purification, of peace.

The Purple Band - The band worn around the loins. The symbol of the initiate. The symbol of the sacred.

The Throne - The seat of the initiate. The symbol of sovereignty. The symbol of the new self.

The Fire - The fire of the forge. The symbol of transformation. The symbol of purification.

The Water - The water of purification. The symbol of cleansing. The symbol of the depths.

The Dogs - The fierce dogs that rose from the earth. The guardians of the threshold. The symbols of the ordeal.

The Phantoms - The terrors of the night. The symbols of the unconscious. The symbols of the shadows.

The Cyclopean Wall - The walls of the ancient temples. The symbol of the Cabiric architecture. The symbol of the sacred structure.

The Holy Fires - The two principles, male and female. The symbol of the kindling of life.

What this means: The symbols are not just decorations. They are a language. They are a map. They are a doorway. Learn them. Sit with them. Let them speak to you. Let them become alive in you.

Part VII: The Cabiric Mysteries at Thebes, Lemnos, and Samothrace

The Cabiric Mysteries were not celebrated in one place. They were celebrated at several sites across the ancient world. And each site had its own flavor, its own focus, its own expression of the mysteries.

Thebes - Agriculture, cattle-raising, viticulture - The Theban Cabiri promoted agriculture and the domestication of animals. They were gods of the earth's fertility.

Lemnos - Metallurgy, the forge, Hephaestus - The Lemnian Cabiri were smiths. They were associated with Hephaestus, the god of the forge. They taught the art of metalwork.

Samothrace - Protection, initiation, the Great Gods - The Samothracian Cabiri were the Great Gods. Their names were secret. They protected initiates and sailors. Their mysteries were the most famous.

Thebes. At Thebes, the Cabiri were gods of agriculture and fertility. They promoted cattle-raising and viticulture. They were the gods of the earth's abundance. Their mysteries were celebrated in the city, in the dark, with the rites of death and rebirth.

Lemnos. At Lemnos, the Cabiri were smiths. They were associated with Hephaestus, the god of the forge. They taught the art of metallurgy. They were the gods of fire, of transformation, of the shaping of metal — and of the shaping of the soul. The Lemnian cult was always local to Lemnos, but its influence spread.

Samothrace. At Samothrace, the Cabiri were the Great Gods. Their names were secret. They were the most powerful of the Cabiri. Their mysteries were the most famous. And their protection was the most sought after. The Samothracian mysteries spread across the Greek world during the Hellenistic period, eventually initiating Romans. The island was styled Sacred. It was respected by all nations. The Romans, when masters of the world, left it its liberty and laws. It was an asylum for the unfortunate and a sanctuary inviolable.

What this means: The Cabiric Mysteries were not one tradition. They were a family of traditions. They were the same mystery — the death and rebirth of the divine child — expressed in different ways at different sites. And each one is a doorway to the same truth.

Part IX: How to Walk the Cabiric Path Today — A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Learn the Myth of the Cabiric Death

You cannot walk the path if you do not know the story. Learn the myth. Not as a history lesson. As a map of your own soul. Read it. Meditate on it. Let it become alive in you. See yourself in it. Find your own death. Find your own rebirth.

Practice: Read the myth of the Cabiric Death this week. Slowly. Let it become your story.

Step 2: Ground Yourself in the Earth

The Cabiric path is a path of the earth. Ground yourself. Feel your feet on the floor. Walk barefoot. Lie on the ground. Garden. Touch stone. Let the earth hold you. The Cabiri are the powers of the earth. And they are beneath you, always.

Practice: Each day this week, spend ten minutes in direct contact with the earth. Bare feet. Hands in soil. Body on stone. Let the earth ground you.

Step 3: Face the Dark

The Cabiric path is a path of the night. The initiation happened at night. The candidate was blindfolded. They were led into the dark. Face your own darkness. Not to conquer it. To enter it. To let it teach you. The dark is not the enemy. It is the doorway.

Practice: Each week, spend time in the dark. Sit in a dark room. Turn off the lights. Close your eyes. Let the dark hold you. Let it teach you.

Step 4: Face the Ordeal

The Cabiric path is a path of ordeal. The initiate was tested. Fierce dogs appeared. Phantoms rose. They were terrified. But they stood. Face your own ordeals. Not by running. By standing. By facing. By enduring. The ordeal is not a punishment. It is a transformation.

Practice: When you face a trial this week, say: "This is the ordeal. I endure. I transform."

Step 5: Sit on the Throne

The candidate was seated on a brilliantly lighted throne. They were crowned. They were the center. You are the center. Sit on your own throne. Not as a king. As a soul. As the one who is being transformed. Let yourself be the center of your own rite.

Practice: Each day, sit in stillness for ten minutes. Imagine yourself on a brilliantly lighted throne. Let the light surround you. Let it transform you.

Step 6: Grieve Fully

The Cabiric Mysteries moved from groans and tears to rejoicing. Grief was part of the rite. Grieve fully. Grieve what you have lost. Grieve who you have lost. Grieve what you never had. Grieve fully. Do not skip the grief. It is the doorway.

Practice: Give yourself permission to grieve. Take a day. Take a week. Let the grief move through you.

Step 7: Rejoice Fully

After the grief, comes the joy. After the tears, comes the rejoicing. Rejoice fully. Not shallowly. Deeply. Let the joy rise from the grief. Let it fill you. Let it overflow.

Practice: Each day this week, find something to celebrate. A small victory. A moment of beauty. A breath. Rejoice fully.

Step 8: Honor the Forge

The Cabiri are gods of the forge. Honor the forge. Not just the metal forge. The forge of your life. The fire that is transforming you. Honor it. Thank it. Let it teach you.

Practice: Each day, ask: "What is being forged in me right now?" Then thank the fire.

Step 9: Practice Protection

The Cabiri protected their initiates. Learn to protect yourself. Shield yourself. Cleanse yourself. Learn the practices of energetic protection. You are not helpless. You have the power of the Cabiri with you.

Practice: Each morning, visualize a golden sphere of light around your body. Say: "I am protected. I am held. I am safe."

Step 10: Honor the Body

The Cabiric path is a path of the body. The initiation involved the body — the crown, the band, the throne, the fire, the water. Honor your body. Feed it well. Move it. Rest it. Touch it. Listen to it. The body is the vessel of transformation.

Practice: Each day, do one thing that honors your body. A bath. A stretch. A meal. A walk. A touch.

Step 11: Serve the Whole

The Cabiric path is a path of service. The Cabiri saved sailors. They protected initiates. They served the whole. Serve the same way. Save people. Help people. Heal people. Be a savior to someone who needs one.

Practice: Each day, do one act of service. Not to be seen. Just to give.

Step 12: Keep the Silence

The Cabiric initiates kept the silence. They did not reveal the mysteries. The priests made use of a language peculiar to the rites. Keep silence. Not always. Not about everything. But about your deepest knowing. Let it live in you. Let it deepen. Let it become wisdom.

Practice: This week, practice silence around your deepest knowing. Do not speak of it. Let it live in you.

Step 13: Trust the Restoration

The Cabiric Death was not the end. The god was restored. The initiate was reborn. Trust the restoration. Trust that what is lost can be found. Trust that what is broken can be healed. Trust that the light is on its way back. Trust the promise.

Practice: Each morning, say: "I trust the restoration. The light is coming. I am being reborn."

Step 14: Become the Cabiri

The deepest practice is to become the Cabiri yourself. To embody the transformation. To become the forge. To become the death and rebirth. To become the presence that shapes and transforms. To become the god.

Practice: Each morning, say: "I am the Cabiri. I die. I rise. I am forged. I am reborn. I am."

Part X: Affirmations for the Cabiric Path

I am forged.

I am reborn.

I die. I rise.

I am the earth.

I am the fire.

I am the water.

I am the mystery.

I am the light.

I am.

Part XII: A Practical Practice — Cabiric Mysteries Meditation

Ground: Sit comfortably. Feel your body supported. Feel your feet on the floor. Visualize roots extending deep into the earth. Say silently: I am grounded. I am here. I am of the earth.

Breathe: Take five slow, deep breaths. Let the belly expand. Let the exhale be longer than the inhale. Say silently: I am calm. I am open. I am ready.

Purify: Imagine a white light pouring down from above, washing through your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Let it cleanse everything. Let it purify everything. Say silently: I am purified. I am clean. I am ready.

Call on the Cabiri: Say silently: Cabiri, Great Gods, Mighty Ones, gods of the earth, gods of the forge, be with me. Forge me. Transform me. Guide me.

Enter the night: Now imagine yourself standing before the entrance to a dark cave. It is night. The stars are above you. The earth is beneath you. You step inside. It is dark. You cannot see. You are blindfolded. You are led forward. Say silently: I enter the dark. I am not afraid. I am held.

Face the ordeal: Now see the darkness around you. See the fierce dogs rising from the earth. Hear their howls. Feel the terror. See the phantoms. Feel the fire and the water. You are terrified. But you do not run. You stand. Say silently: I face the ordeal. I am not alone. I am held.

Sit on the throne: Now a light appears. It is a brilliantly lighted throne. You are led to it. You sit. You are crowned with olives. A purple band is tied around your loins. The other initiates dance around you in a mystic measure. You are the center. You are the focus. Say silently: I am the center. I am the throne. I am being transformed.

The Cabiric Death: Now the rite deepens. The youngest of the Cabiri is brought before you. He is slain. You die with him. You feel the death. You feel the grief. The groans. The tears. You descend into the earth. Say silently: I die with him. I descend. I am not alone.

The Rejoicing: Now a light breaks through the darkness. The god rises. You rise with him. The grief turns to rejoicing. The tears turn to laughter. The death turns to life. Say silently: I rise with him. I am reborn. I rejoice.

Receive the gift: Now the Cabiri stand before you. They hold the hammer and tongs. They hold the mystic basket. They hold the phallus. They offer you these gifts. Take them. Say silently: I receive the forge. I receive the life. I receive the mystery.

Know: Now say silently: I am forged. I am reborn. I am the earth. I am the fire. I am the mystery. I am.

Rest: Sit in this presence for ten minutes. Let it settle. Let it become real in your body.

Close: Gently return to your body. Open your eyes. Drink water. Eat something grounding. Carry the Cabiri with you into your day.

Part XIII: Common Challenges (and How to Overcome Them)

Feeling like the Cabiric Mysteries are gone - They are not gone. They are alive. Life is the mystery. You are the initiate. The mysteries are being revealed to you right now.

Feeling like you have to go to Samothrace - You do not. The temple is your body. The altar is your heart. The earth is the sanctuary. The path is yours.

Feeling like you are not worthy - You are. The mysteries were open to all who were ready. Children, slaves, emperors — all were initiated. You are ready.

Feeling like the dark is too frightening - The dark is frightening. That is the point. But you are held. You are not alone. Step into it anyway.

Feeling like the ordeal is too much - It is heavy. But it is not too much. Get support. You do not have to walk through the darkness alone.

Feeling like the grief will never end - It will. The grief is a season. The Cabiric Death is followed by the rejoicing. Trust the return.

Feeling like you cannot trust the unknown - You can. Trust is a practice. Start small. Trust the earth beneath you. Then trust the gods.

Feeling disconnected from the divine - The divine is not far. It is the earth beneath you. It is the fire in the forge. It is the presence in your chest. Rest there.

Feeling like you have to keep it secret - You do not have to hide. You only have to be discerning. Share with those who can receive. Keep silence with those who cannot.

Feeling alone in the work - You are not. Millions have walked this path. Millions are walking it now. Find one person. Find one teacher. Find one companion.

Feeling like you have to be perfect - You do not. You have to be sincere. You have to show up. You have to keep going.

Relapsing into doubt - Doubt is part of the path. Do not fight it. Question it. Let it deepen your knowing.

Part XIV: A Gentle Reminder

The Cabiric Mysteries are not a dead tradition. They are a living one. They are alive right now. In you. In your life. In every step you take on the earth. In every moment of darkness you face. In every death you die and every rebirth you rise into. You have been walking the Cabiric path your whole life. You have just not been naming it.

You are being forged. You are the raw material in the fire. You are the metal on the anvil. And the Cabiri are the smiths. They are shaping you. They are transforming you. They are making you into something new. Not because you are broken. Because you are being made.

You do not have to go to Samothrace to find the mysteries. The temple is your body. The altar is your heart. The earth is the sanctuary. The dark is the doorway. The forge is your life. The fire is your pain. The hammer is your will. The Cabiri are within you. The path is yours.

And you are not alone. You are walking in a lineage. From the rocky islands of the Aegean to the temples of Thebes. From the smiths of Lemnos to the initiates of old. You are part of a chain. You are part of a stream. You are part of a mystery that has never died. And you are being initiated right now.

And if you are experiencing intense physical symptoms, anxiety, dissociation, or distress, please seek professional support. A trauma-informed therapist, counselor, or support organization in your area can help you in ways a blog post cannot. You deserve that support.

The forge is hot. The hammer is striking. The becoming is now.
